Refund & Purchase Policy

Prices are displayed at the point of sale and may be shown in different currencies depending on the storefront. Applicable taxes (such as GST/HST or VAT) may be added at checkout based on your location. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Depending on the product, purchases may be processed through (a) an app store such as the Apple App Store, or (b) our online checkout, which may be operated by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record. The applicable provider's terms govern the payment transaction, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Unless stated otherwise, products are sold as licenses to use the software (not a sale of the software itself) and are subject to our End User License Agreement. One-time-purchase products grant a license to the purchased version and the updates we make available for it, with no recurring charge unless clearly stated.

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are handled as follows:

• Statutory rights: nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
• EEA/UK consumers: you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. Where you ask us to supply digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once supply begins, the cancellation right may no longer apply.
• Direct purchases: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
• App store purchases: refunds for purchases made through an app store are subject to that store's policies and must be requested through the store.

Where a product offers a free version or trial, it is provided so you can evaluate the product before purchasing. Limitations of the free version are described at the point of download or purchase.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the associated license while the matter is investigated.
