End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, BBMM grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your own personal or internal business purposes on devices that you own or control, in the quantities permitted by your purchase or the applicable app store rules.

You may not, except as expressly permitted by this EULA or applicable law:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software;
• Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or attempt to derive its source code;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices;
• Use the Software to develop a competing product, or in any unlawful manner.

The Software is licensed, not sold. BBMM and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in this EULA.

We may provide updates, upgrades, or patches for the Software. This EULA governs any such updates unless they are accompanied by separate terms, in which case those terms apply.

The Software may include third-party or open-source components that are licensed under their own terms. Those terms apply to the applicable components and, in case of conflict regarding those components, prevail over this EULA.

If you obtained the Software from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• This EULA is between you and BBMM only, and not with Apple; BBMM, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Software and its content;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Software;
• In the event of any failure of the Software to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Software;
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Software, including product-liability, legal-compliance, or intellectual-property claims;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND BBMM'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS SET OUT IN OUR TERMS OF SERVICE. Nothing limits non-waivable statutory rights.

You agree to comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws. This EULA is governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, consistent with the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service.
